📍 **Location:** Secunda  

📑 **Reporting to:** Branch Manager

## **Key Responsibilities**  

- Handle **telephonic queries, orders, and customer support**  

- Assist with **counter sales and service-related queries**  

- Manage **quotations, invoicing (Kerridge), and cash sales**  

- Conduct **telesales**, following up with existing and new clients  

- Support sales reps with **pricing, credit information, and test certificates**  

- Assist with **stock-taking and cylinder distribution**  

- Provide **equipment demonstrations**  

- Perform **general admin tasks** and assist with debtor accounts  

## **What We’re Looking For**  

✅ **Minimum Matric qualification** (Tertiary qualification is a plus)  

✅ **At least 5 years of experience** in sales, telesales, or admin  

✅ **Excellent negotiation & communication skills**  

✅ **Target-driven and business-focused mindset**  

✅ **Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently**  

✅ **Strong administrative and organizational skills**  

✅ **Trustworthy, professional, and customer-oriented**
